Joanna Solecka is a seasoned Film Marketing Strategist and Awards Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the film marketing field, based in Warsaw, Poland. Currently serving as the Head of Alphapanda Warsaw, she specializes in developing award campaigns that elevate films to critical acclaim. Joanna has successfully managed notable awards campaigns for films such as „The Girl with the Needle“ (Academy Awards Nomination ’25), „Apolonia, Apolonia“ (Academy Awards Shortlist ’24), „Smoke Sauna Sisterhood“ (European Film Awards Winner ’23), „Flee“ (Academy Awards Nominee ’22; European Film Awards Winner ’21), and „Joanna“ (Academy Awards Nominee ’15).
Charlotte Voillequin, born in France and raised in Germany, is versatile multilingual project manager specializing in film marketing. With a background in distribution gained at Farbfilm Verleih, she joined Alphapanda in 2022, bringing her expertise to the team. In her current capacity, Charlotte oversees promotional campaigns for the film industry tailored for both German and French-speaking audiences. Her impressive portfolio includes collaborations on noteworthy films such as „Quo Vadis, Aida?“ (Farbfilm Verleih 2020), „Eismayer“ (Venice ’22), „Woman Of“ (Venice ’23), and „Peter Doherty: Stranger in My Own Skin“ (Zurich Film Festival ’23). Notably 2024, Charlotte was selected to participate in the prestigious programme of Berlinale Talents.
