A Jewish Life

Marko Feingold survived the concentration camps of Auschwitz, Neuengamme, Dachau and Buchenwald. After the war he helped tens of thousands of former concentration camp inmates on their flight, crossing the Alps into Italy and on to Palestine. The film sketches the fateful twists and turns of his life. At the same time timeless questions are raised: questions about human nature, morals, responsibility, human dignity – and their limitations.
