In the early 1990s two young men discover the immense influences of lobbying on EU legislation. One starts to investigate and becomes the EU's leading lobby watchdog. The other one is fascinated by the immense possibilities of influencing legislation. He becomes a high profile lobbyist in the services sector and now can claim to represent 50% of the EU's gross domestic product. A film about lobbying and the networks of power in the world's biggest economy – the European Union.
