Since 2024, the Austrian Film Institute, in collaboration with the Vienna Film Fund, has been offering an innovative funding program for emerging filmmakers: Talent LAB. Talent LAB offers up-and-coming film teams the opportunity to produce their first or second feature film more quickly within a structured, mentored environment and with a clearly defined budget.
