Two family stories, one century and two cities merging in the same person: Weina Zhao. Her parents named their little daughter “Vienna” when they emigrated from Beijing to Austria. Weina’s journey back in history – from the Cultural Revolution to Modern China – tackles the big issues of 21st century: migration, identity and coping with the past.
