Karl Ratzer – In Search of the Ghost

Als Kind zweier Auschwitz-Überlebender Rom, bringt sich Karl Ratzer autodidaktisch im Wien der 50er Jahre das Gitarrenspiel bei und steigt in den USA zu einem umjubelten Weltstar des Jazz auf. Seine exzentrische Persönlichkeit und sein überbordender Drogenkonsum enden aber in der Psychiatrie auf der Baumgartner Höhe, wo er sich zwischen Leben und Tod entscheiden muss und daher beschließt, sich Gott anzuvertrauen.
